About the Role:

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Med-Surg team in Polson, Montana. The RN will provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to patients in an acute care environment, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This role requires clinical expertise, critical thinking, and a patient-first approach.

This posting is for multiple acute care RN openings, with various shift schedules available.

Available Work Status and Shifts:

• Full-Time
• Per Diem / On-Call – Variable Shift
• Part-Time – Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, coordinated, and compassionate care to a diverse patient population.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Document care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code of Ethics, and professional standards of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Montana RN License (or eligible).
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) – required upon hire.
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association) – required within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification (American Heart Association) – required within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• National Certification in area of specialty (if available).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• 1–2 years of Med-Surg or acute care experience.

• Seniority Level: Entry to Intermediate
• Management Experience: Not required
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
