Greeter Koch 33 Toyota (Part-Time)

Greeters are the face of our dealership and are responsible for ensuring all of our customers are welcomed and assisted in a timely manner. We are looking for an individual to serve as a host for the dealership, acting in a professional, friendly manner at all times. Candidates will be responsible for welcoming customers as they enter the dealership, obtaining information from the customer in order to direct them to the appropriate party, and answering basic inquires. PT Evenings and Saturday.

Job duties include:

• Greet each customer that comes into the service department and direct them to the appropriate individual or department
• Take temperatures of individuals entering the dealership
• Verify appointments, answer basic inquires and direct customer to appropriate individual/department
• Light administrative duties and cleaning responsibilities

This position also requires the ability to work with computers and perform light secretarial duties such as data entry. The ability to work independently or as a team is a must. Customer interaction is involved, this position is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service. Must be stand for long periods of time.

Job Requirements:

• Must be organized and friendly
• Excellent oral communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and a professional personal appearance are REQUIRED.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are very important
• Must have a positive attitude and have the ability to multitask.
• Previous experience working with computers and other office equipment (i.e. printer, copier, fax machine)
• Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen.
