Koch and Associates is in search of a construction manager to join our residential design and build landscape company. As the construction manager, you will be responsible for managing 2-3 construction crews, managing subcontractors, ordering materials, writing and maintaining accurate construction schedules, and coordinating with clients. This individual needs to have at least 5 years of experience in landscape construction and understand all facets of the trade including hardscape, softscape, carpentry, and reading blueprints. Previous construction management experience required for this position. Ability to speak Spanish and English highly preferred.Koch and Associates is a California bay area based company founded in 1978. Have materials available when needed by the field staff.
