What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting/ Hiring Specialist position at Koch Foods, Inc.?
- Represent Koch Foods through positive interaction with potential candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and winning first impression, acting as an ambassador for Koch Foods.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for all open hourly positions.
- Schedule interviews and manage communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Review job descriptions ensuring accurate information and consistency with company standards.
- Assist with scheduling recruiting events, career fairs, etc.
- Provide other relative administrative support as needed.
- High School Diploma; Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred in HR, Business or other closely related field.
- Organized with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of coordinating and scheduling experience within a recruiting environment.
- Strong understanding and aptitude for technology, with hands-on experience using online programs, social media, and other relevant tools.
