What You Will Do
- Assist with special projects to review and update key documents to support engineering, quality, and operations.
- Help prepare for and participate in audit activities to support departmental compliance with IATF16949 and ISO certification requirements.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Preparing for a career in engineering
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and assertive to drive results
- Proficiency in multiple Office software programs & ability to adapt and learn others
- Ability to interpret complex drawings or work instructions
- Good management and presentation skills.
- Sound decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standard Work
- Knowledge of IATF & ISO Standards
