Description
Koch Treasury is seeking a Treasury Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our team in Wichita, KS! As part of an expanding Capital Markets capability, this role will partner across all Koch companies to provide tangible, valuable support to them through working with our partner banks and being part of something new and ambitious at Koch.
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Support the daily issuance of Commercial Paper to meet enterprise funding needs
- Analyze the Commercial Paper market along with macroeconomic events to benchmark the effectiveness of Koch’s issuance process
- Continuously evaluate enhancements to our short-term funding strategies and framework
- Maintain relationships with Commercial Paper dealers and ensure documentation and fees are up to date
- Provide insight and prepare reporting to senior leadership about various short-term capital markets performance and initiatives
- Research the growing ESG finance market and its development in treasury and capital markets
- Assist with other KII Treasury priorities and initiatives as needed
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills
- Background studying finance, accounting, and/or economics
- Experience in situations that required communication, both verbal and written
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working in a treasury department
- Knowledge and use of the Bloomberg terminal
- MBA, CTP, or other financial certification
- Experience with Commercial Paper or in the broader debt capital markets
- Ability to travel domestically (less than 5%)
- Able to work early mornings as needed (less than 10%)
