Kocourek Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience. You will act as a liaison between customers and our service technicians, providing clear communication, expert advice, and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive services, products, and warranties.
- Promote and explain additional services or repairs that benefit the customer.
- Manage work orders, service schedules, and customer records efficiently.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience (1 year) as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
- Proficient in using service management software and office tools.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional automotive certifications are a plus).
- Valid driver’s license.
