Kocourek Detail Shop is looking for a Web photographer to join our fast paced, friendly, and fun atmosphere.
Candidates should possess the five important traits that cannot be taught: talent, attitude, drive, energy, and character.
The Web photographer is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of the detail shop and taking photos of new and used vehicles at all Wausau Kocourek locations
A general understanding of logistics related to the photo process as well as vehicle coordination. Photographer will run daily lists of vehicles that need photos and keep the photos within CRM updated with current inventory. It is critical to follow procedures and maintain consistency with photos. The ability to understand camera software and cutting/pasting jpeg format.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to allow maximum productivity.
- Assisting with the production flow of vehicle throughout the shop and managing aged inventory.
- Maintaining an organizing detail shop parking lot (detail units, pending PDR/paint touch up vehicles, & auction vehicles).
- Inspections of vehicles for quality control and coaching of detailers and their mistakes.
- Helping detail shop assistant manager to ensure all detail processes are being followed. (Detailing, Tech boards, technician timeclock management, attire, and any discipline issues).
- Writing up Kocourek Detail Process checklist for RO’s to be generated.
- Maintain proper file naming and creating a backlog.
- Learn the uploading and posting requirements of websites
- Notify management of incorrect stock numbers or missing units.
HOURS
Five days a week and additional hours as necessary, full time and hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 am -3:30 pm, starting pay at $16/hour.
