Job Summary:
Kocourek Nissan | Kia is seeking a Service Technician for their full-time, salary position located in Wausau, Wisconsin. The ideal Service Technician is a skilled individual contributor with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills who is able to work independently while being a team player.

Responsibilities:
• Performing diagnosis and repairs on a variety of Kocourek Nissan | Kia automobiles.
• Perform oil changes, window repairs, and part replacements.
• Adhere to company safety standards and use protective equipment when necessary.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Keep abreast of all technical updates and continuing education classes offered.
• Diagnose and repair brakes, electrical, suspension, heating, A/C, engine, etc.
• Keep customer satisfaction as top priority.
• Overseeing and coordinating the repair process for each vehicle.
• Maintaining cleanliness of shop area and ensure that tools and equipment are in proper working order.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as an automotive service technician.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• An excellent knowledge of diagnostic systems, tools, and software.
• Knowledge of current industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
