The applicant must have his own basic hand tools and the ability to use/operate basic carpentry tools. 2-3 years of experience is preferred, but not required. Valid Iowa driver's license and reliable transportation are a must. The applicant must be physically able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, be on time, and dependably show up for work each day. Pay will be based on experience and skill set.
