Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Dental/Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of patient treatment plans and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping patients achieve their dental health goals.

Rate:
$14-$20 per hour.
Requirements:
- Professional work experience in Dental Orthodontics (preferred and highly desired).
- 2 years of experience in a dental office or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with dental software and technology (not required, but a plus).
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (not required, but a plus)
- Sales experience (not required, but it is a plus).
- Understanding of dental insurance (not required, but a plus).
Responsabilites:
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of patient treatment plans
- Educate patients about recommended treatments and answer any questions they may have
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure that treatment plans are effectively communicated and implemented
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Assist with billing and insurance processing as needed
- Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure that patients are aware of the financial and time commitments required for their treatment plans
- Follow up with patients after treatment to ensure satisfaction and encourage continued care.
- Assisting scheduling appointments
