What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Warehouse Manager position at Kohl Wholesale?
Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a Weekend Distribution Center Manager to manage the Kohl Wholesale Warehouse receiving and distribution process. Manage the union employees working the weekend shift at both our Dry Warehouse and Freezer/Cooler locations. Serve as a Flex-Manager for all other DC Management shifts. Provide vacation coverage on all shifts as needed, or on an interim basis. Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products in an efficient manner for all shifts. Analyze the overall slot system on a regular basis and propose changes as needed.
HOURS: Friday: 7:00am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 4:00am - 4:30pm
Sunday: 4:00am - 4:30pm
Fill in for other DC Managers as required
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree preferred.
• 1-year minimum experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or inventory control management.
• CDL preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
• Able to think critically and solve problems.
• Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
