Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing and informative graphics, videos, and written content related to baseball events, news, and updates.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop ideas for social media campaigns and website articles.
- Website Maintenance:
- Update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content, including news articles, blog posts, and event updates.
- Assist in ensuring the website's functionality, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align digital efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Contribute ideas and insights to team discussions and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Passion for baseball and a strong understanding of the sport.
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media) or recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
