Description of the role:
The Automotive Accounting and Title Clerk position at Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a vital role in our dealership. As an Automotive Accounting and Title Clerk, you will be responsible for handling various finance and administrative tasks related to automotive accounting and titling. Fulltime 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle sales documentation, including titles, registrations, and vehicle payoff documents
- Prepare and submit vehicle loan applications to financial institutions
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial and legal documents
- Manage vehicle inventory accounting and reporting
- Reconcile daily cash transactions and prepare bank deposits
- Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile accounts receivable and payable
- Assist with general accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management
Requirements:
- Experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- Proficiency in using dealership management systems and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
