Distribution Center Manager

Komar Distribution Services (KDS), a leader in third-party logistics and fulfillment, is seeking a strategic, hands-on Distribution Center Manager to lead customer success, warehouse performance, and employee development in a fast-paced, multi-client 3PL environment. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary liaison for key customers, ensuring satisfaction, growth, and retention.
• Lead all facets of warehouse operations: receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, value-added services, and shipping.
• Own the P&L and performance metrics for assigned accounts, driving continuous improvement and cost control.
• Provide strategic oversight and develop scalable processes aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors and front-line teams.
• Analyze productivity, budgets, and performance reports; make operational adjustments to meet goals.
• Drive compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and client-specific SLAs.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 10 years of leadership experience in 3PL warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven success managing multi-client, high-volume fulfillment environments — apparel or mass retail a plus.
• Strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., Scale, Blue Cherry, Extensiv, PKMS, Easy Metrix).
• Direct experience with E-commerce operations, special projects, and value-added services.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting labor, and improving profit margins.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams across multiple shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Associate’s degree with significant experience considered.
