Responsibilities
- Assist in formulating the firm’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Streamline operational systems, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Manage the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Work with HR on training, performance evaluation, and retention strategies for administrative staff.
- Ensure the firm’s operations comply with legal and professional standards.
- Work with the office manager to ensure that the firm’s IT infrastructure and technological resources meet its operational needs.
- Enhance client service and satisfaction through operational excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Knowledge of industry legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Monday – Friday
9AM – 6PM
