This position plays a crucial role in supporting patient care coordination and maintaining efficient office operations.

PRC Program Support
- Complete and maintain applications for Purchased Referred Care (PRC) program
- Process PRC documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist patients with PRC application procedures and requirements
- Answer multi-line telephone system and direct calls to appropriate PRC staff
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Obtain and provide information regarding patient billing, charges, payments, and outstanding account balances
- Respond to routine inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate departments and personnel
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
- Support general office operations as needed
- Control and assign travel arrangements for patient transport
- Maintain accurate trip logs and transportation documentation
- Coordinate with transportation providers and track patient travel requirements
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Meet minimum qualification requirements as outlined in prime contract
