Architectural
Our client, a Twin Cities multidiscipline firm with architectural, engineering, and environmental services, needs an Architectural Designer to assist in all phases of a project. As an Architectural Designer, you will work with a team on institutional and civic buildings.
Responsibilities of the Architectural Designer:
- Participate in all design and construction phases, creating detailed designs and construction documents using Revit.
- Coordination with clients and project teams throughout the project
- Prepare design specifications, materials, and project information with strong attention to detail.
- May mentor junior staff.
- Conduct site and facility verification and assist in construction administration as needed.
- Associate in Architectural Drafting or Professional degree in Architecture
- 5 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus.
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective written and oral communication skills for reports and team meetings.
