Manufacturer of refrigeration, heat transfer and air moving equipment located in Pennington, NJ, is seeking a full-time custodian/janitor. The candidate hired for this position will assist with housekeeping tasks and general upkeep of our facility.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (40 hours/week)
Job Responsibilities (based on an established rotation schedule) include:
- Clean offices, hallways, reception area, designated eating areas, restrooms, stairways, small gym and other work/conference room areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport waste containers.
- Dust furniture and equipment.
- Stock supplies in restrooms and kitchen area.
- Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Sweep, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floor.
- Dust/polish metalwork.
- Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
- Dust/clean/polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, woodwork and trim.
Skills/Qualifications:
Custodian or Janitorial experience preferred
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
