If you are interested in the above, you may be the PERFECT candidate for the Solid Waste Technician/Attendant job. This position involves a mix of physical labor, customer service, equipment operation, computer use, and general facility maintenance.
Job highlights include:
- $17.98 to $19.61 per hour starting wage

- Day shift only, work between 8:00 am – 5 pm.
- Work locations vary within the Solid Waste Department
- Daily variety of job tasks – each day will likely have a different task assigned

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) No degree required
- Possession of valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a CDL driver’s license AND be insurable

- Willingness to learn new skills and obtain necessary certifications within designated time frames
