Kopka Pinkus Dolin is seeking a full-time, certified Paralegal to join our established insurance defense practice in our Crown Point or Carmel, Indiana office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a heavy civil litigation desk.
- Managing the litigation process for each of your files.
- Drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery.
- Working with medical records (summaries and chronologies).
- Scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions.
Skills/Knowledge/Education:
- Knowledge of Outlook and Expert Case, or other law practice management software.
- Minimum of five years' insurance defense experience.
- Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
