Job Overview
As an account executive assistant, you will provide administrative support to account executives in the Large Commercial department. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing certificates, auto id cards, and performing other administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries over phone, email for day-to-day tasks, such as certificates of insurance and auto id cards.
- Respond to policy-related queries.
- Communicate with service team to confirm coverages and endorsements.
- Review contracts to confirm coverage requirements
- Provide support to agents and brokers in the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Manage carrier log-in credentials
