PE Real Estate portfolio across all asset types, this role focuses on multi-family properties
Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day oversite over portfolio of multi-family assets
- Own relationship with 3rd party management teams
- Lead financial analysis; partner with leadership to explore and implement go-forward strategies to maximize value of the portfolio
Qualifications:
- Experience in day-to-day management of multi-family properties required; onsite property management background is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and financial statement analysis in a Real Estate environment
- 8 years’ experience in RE, 3 years managing budgets
- Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred
Salary Range & Benefits Overview: $125-$145k completing bonus structure, PTO and health benefits package
