We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Specialist to be a core member of our early-stage team. In this role, you won't just be managing existing systems; you will be the key architect of our entire IT and security infrastructure.

Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Support:
- Manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and internal networking.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to the entire team for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Establish and scale IT onboarding processes for new hires.
- Administer and secure our suite of internal SaaS applications (e.g., G Suite, Office 365, Slack, GitHub).
Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
- Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity program from the ground up.
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and manage our incident response plan.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection standards (e.g., SOC 2, CCPA, GDPR).
- Stay ahead of the latest security threats and proactively protect the company's assets.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to define the long-term IT and security roadmap.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and security.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in an IT or cybersecurity role, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and providing end-user support.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Demonstrable experience with cybersecurity best practices, tools, and incident response.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Proficiency in administering SaaS applications (G Suite, Office 365).
- Experience with various operating systems (macOS, Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
