Contracted Massage Therapist for
Hospice of the Heartland
- Perform Massage therapy services are provided under a contractual agreement with an outside individual/agency and in accordance with Hospice of the Heartland policies/regulations.
- Massage therapy will be provided by a qualified massage therapist, in a therapeutic environment, to meet the physical, psychological, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
- Massage therapy services are coordinated and supervised by the Hospice Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will address any questions or concerns that may arise during patient visits. Coordination of services will be documented in the patient's medical record
