Kotlar, Hernandez and Cohen, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to join our firm. The primary responsibility of this position will be to help manage our legal intakes process.
We are looking for someone who is able to work independently and as part of a team in this fast pace environment.
Pay commensurate with experience
Our Intake Specialists are the first point of contact for our clients, customer service skills are a must.
- High Volume Intake System Management
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Receiving, screening and calling potential clients, supporting them throughout the intake process in a timely manner
- Keeping track of all current and incoming leads, making sure to follow up and move them through the pipeline.
- Serve as the welcoming voice of the firm.
- No law experience necessary but is a plus
- Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus
- Computer Proficiency with working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook
- Must exhibit a high degree of initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, highly organized with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to adapt to changes in workflow
- Positive attitude
This is not a remote position, must be able to be in office 5 days a week.
