Job Duties:
-Provide automotive spray paint booth installation, repairs, and maintenance. This includes building walls, connecting electrical components, troubleshooting error codes, etc.
-Follow and/or adapt proper schematic wiring diagrams and termination procedures
-Test operations of system to confirm 100% functionality and customer satisfaction
-Maneuver motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
-Ensure unused materials are tracked and that work areas are free of debris. Our work is performed within auto body shops and respect for the customer's space is critical.
-Perform manual labor duties related to the construction, maintenance, and repair of automotive spray paint booths.
-Interface with customers to resolve installation and service concerns and questions
-Uses good judgment and self-control in areas wherein the company entrusts him/her to maintain company and customer confidentiality.
Requirements:
-Must be able to read mechanical assembly drawings, electrical, and pneumatic schematics
-Must have proficient troubleshooting skills to identify common equipment problems within product’s electrical components
-Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small spaces
-The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50 lbs is required
-The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees must be prepared to occasionally work outdoors
-Must have a valid US issued driver’s license
-Must be able to work out of state on occasion, including overnight Monday through Thursday for remote job sites. All employees are home on weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
