Full job description
The Marketing & Leasing Specialist to perform a variety of tasks to attract and secure new residents. You would take responsibility in creating and maintaining all marketing functions, meet with new applicants and conduct tours during the rental campaign.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- · Greet and assist those that walk in
- · Answer calls and text messages returning all voicemails in a urgent manner
- · Responsible for maintaining marketing and advertising of properties
- · Use of various marketing mediums for high quality results (photos, descriptions)
- · Oversee the publishing of leasing marketing advertisements.
- · Complete application information gathering
- · Complete timely collection of security deposits and leasing documents
- · Preparation of lease agreement
- · Assist with the management and execution of the move-in and move-out process
- · Performing other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- · Marketing, leasing or related field preferred
- · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- · Able to work alongside a diverse resident base
- · Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- · Excellent oral/written communication skills
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week. (May vary during peak leasing season)
