Job Summary Provide exceptional client support and responsible for instructing all new CPAP set ups. Ability to work with clients with initial fitting and all followup needs.

- Responsible for setting up and instructing all new CPAP set ups.
- Implements client teaching during the initial fitting and at any follow-up calls.
- Ability to make necessary modifications and to fit the client. Utilize the mask guarantee program.
- Must be knowledgeable in the following areas
- Use and care of the Products
- Fitting problems and how to solve them
- Patient Rights and Responsibilities
- Company’s services and availability
- Patient Instruction and Follow-up
- All Patient oriented paperwork
- Community Resources
- Assist with education events for patients/clients and community.
- Performs other duties as needed
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Required 1-2 years previous experience as a Respitory Therapist in a hospital setting
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
