Responsibilities
- Educate potential homeowners about the benefits and advantages of solar energy
- Conduct on-site visits to assess each homeowner's energy requirements and create personalized recommendations
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers
- Coordinate with installation team to ensure smooth project implementation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in solar power
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Proven work experience in solar sales, preferably in a direct sales environment
- In-depth knowledge of solar power generation, energy systems, and related technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
