Duties And Responsibilities
Skilled Laborer
- Must demonstrate strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills.
- Responsible for overseeing quality assurance
- Must be proficient (at least 3 years’ experience) in one or more of the following trades and basic understanding of the rest
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Framing
- Mechanical
- Must be able to organize building materials
- Access & understand company overhead tool inventory
- Basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
- Prepare daily construction reports
- Must understand the building process
- Must understand and identify material and equipment costs
- High School Diploma, technical trade school or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.), or technical trade school equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a construction Field environment
