Description
SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of the Pantry Expeditor will be communicating between and among the various cooking areas to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of quality products being produced and assembled so that severs may deliver consistent high quality meal orders to our guests in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Garnish cooked food items with appropriate garnishes

Communicate with Executive Chef on all problems, complaints and discrepancies
-
Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with all employees and guest
-
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a high volume/ high quality operation preferred

Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance

Effective communication skills, oral and written

Organized and attentive to detail

Ability to deal well with change and handle multiple tasks effectively

Flexible to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at hand

Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment

Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
