GENERAL JOB SUMMARY :
The Siemens Teamcenter and NX Administrator shall manage and support our Teamcenter Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Siemens NX CAD environments. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all Teamcenter and NX technical support, administration, and training needs within the C5ISR division of Kratos. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in PLM / CAD systems, including knowledge of BMIDE. Additionally, the Teamcenter PLM / NX Administrator must be able to teach, train, coach, and mentor team members and understand the general process and procedures of Configuration Management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Provide support for Teamcenter and NX-related issues, including problem-solving, debugging, and escalation as required on a Windows platform.
Oversee user and access management in Teamcenter, ensuring proper access levels for personnel.
Manage data migration, organization, and configuration management in Teamcenter.
Monitor system data quality, develop best practices, and enforce standards for data storage, file organization, and workflows
Work with Engineering, CAD, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements in product data management and CAD workflows.
Customize Teamcenter workflows, lifecycle definitions, and data models to support specific business requirements and optimize PLM processes.
Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure Teamcenter and NX processes and procedures meet company standards and objectives.
Knowledge of Business Modeler IDE (BMIDE) for configuring Teamcenter’s data model and lifecycle management.
Other Job Functions
Team-oriented and collaborative, capable of adapting to work with multiple levels of user knowledge.
Develop training programs using PowerPoint or other training tools.
Proactive communication skills.
Provide NX support to Engineers / Designers for best design techniques.
Monitor and track license usage and advise management when more licenses are required.

Required Experience :
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to maintain sensitive and / or classified information as required by government standards.
Experience and / or familiarity with industry drawing standards such as ASME Y14.100 & Y14.5.
Ability to define and implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.
Ability to develop product build scripts and procedures and integrating scripts with the hardware and software build process.
Ability to provide PLM & CAD training classes.
Ability to proactively interact effectively with peers and supervisors.
Ability to interact appropriately with customers and vendors when necessary.
Ability to adhere to workplace rules.
Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Required :
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Technical or Business discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years Siemens PLM Teamcenter and NX experience.Data Management file management system, Teamcenter 14 (or later) and NX 2206 (or later) CAD software required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred :
Strong problem-solving abilities with little to no direction from management.
Experience with configuration management practices, particularly in a PLM or CAD environment.
Experience with scripting and automation tools for PLM and CAD systems (e.g., Teamcenter ITK, Tcl scripting for NX, Java, VBA, Python, or other programming languages).
Certification in Siemens Teamcenter Administration or NX.
Experience in data migration or implementation projects with Siemens PLM software.
Familiarity with other PLM / PDM or CAD systems, specially Autodesk Vault and Inventor.
