What We Offer:
- Base Salary: $2,300 to $2,700/monthly Commission
- Earning potential of $50,000 to $100,000 annually
- Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday to Saturday)

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to determine customer's overall design needs
- Build client relationships & ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
- Keep up to date on the wide selection of products & services provided
- Schedule appointments for client consultations within the showroom or at the client's home or workplace
- Gather space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed for project, create and present project proposals to clients for approval, provide floor sample suggestions & ensure quality control for active projects
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling requirements
- Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays & common areas neat, current, & clean
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Interior Design, Customer Service, or similar role
- A valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- MUST LOVE DOGS!
- An associate or bachelor's degree in interior design a plus
- A positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Basic computer/social media knowledge & math skills
- Utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors/suppliers & clients
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet within a team setting
- Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving ability
- Strong personal & professional judgment
- Ability to adapt & respond quickly to customers' needs and wants
- Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
- Knowledge of design industry a plus (Willing to train)
- Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
