Krost New York, a growing menswear brand based in NYC, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer & Community Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist with influencer outreach, community engagement, and content strategy, playing a key part in growing the Krost brand presence both online and offline. The position reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and engaging with influencers and potential brand partners.
- Support influencer campaigns, including outreach, affiliate onboarding, and relationship management.
- Help track and manage influencer performance, including reporting on key metrics.
- Engage with Krost’s online community through social media channels, emails, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute community-building initiatives that align with Krost’s values.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, pop-ups, or collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of current industry trends.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience or interest in social media marketing, influencer outreach, and community management.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools.
- Previous internship or experience in marketing, PR, or community management is a plus.
