Join our growing team as the Sales Support Coordinator, the cornerstone of our Design Sales Team! In this role, you'll dive into critical tasks like data entry, order processing, administrative duties, and engaging customer interactions. Your contributions are key to ensuring our sales operations run seamlessly and our design sales team receives top-notch support. Key Responsibilities:

· Process sales orders, ensuring accurate recording and communication to relevant departments.

· Monitor and manage order statuses, promptly addressing issues or discrepancies.

· Assist the design sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes and proposals.

· Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current information.

· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

· Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously, in person and over the phone.

· Address customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and satisfactory customer service.

· Assist with maintaining the appearance of our design center, including organizing and updating sample selections to create a clean and welcoming environment.

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or data entry experience

· Strong typing and computer proficiency

· Experience using CRM systems (helpful but not required)
