POSITION SUMMARY: Lost and Found performs a broad range of duties, delivering a high-quality standard of customer service as well as some administrative functions. This position receives, categorizes, logs, and returns lost and found items for all TCRG properties. They are responsible for answering phone and email inquiries regarding lost items. Lost and Found gathers information to return items to guests and conducts follow-ups on lost item inquiries when necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Self- driven focus on customer and client satisfaction
- Interdepartmental communication via phone and email regarding customer inquiries.
- Answer phones to field Lost and Found inquiries.
- Inputting required information into the Lost and Found system.
- Research and verifying validity of all information before release.
- Photograph and log items.
- Receive, count, document, and secure items.
- Movement of goods and materials in and out of secured areas.
- Ability to excel under pressure.
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Working in loud areas periodically.
- Able to solve daily problems and make quick decisions within the operation.
- Learn and utilize lost and found systems and spreadsheets.
- Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- May include long periods of standing and walking.

WORKING KNOWLEDGE /EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21 years of age
- Standard Background Check
- Preferred work experience in an office, billing, and/or loss prevention setting handling sensitive information.
- Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.
- Tasks are performed from a non-sitting and sitting position.
- Schedule 40 hours per week preferably and may include overtime when approved by management.
- Work varied shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
