Finance & Accounting Specialist
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Contract: 6-12 months

Requirements:
- Need good experience with Record-to-Report (RTR)
- Looking for Non-IT Candidate with good experience in Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP), Record-to-Report (RTR), FP&A and others
- Experience in Entertainment, Tourism, Hospitality, Financial Services or related industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance and accounting domain with at least 6 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Focus Area
- Perform day to day operations as guided by the team Lead.
- Prepare and review agreed reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Implement and monitor new processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial procedures.
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders & departments to ensure alignment on expected deliverables
- Communicate information clearly and concisely to all relevant parties
- Represent HCLTech in meetings and projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working in a large F&A Accounts for 3rd party BPOs.
