The Local Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing KTR Glendale's marketing strategies, focusing on email marketing, social media management, and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional, informational, and event-based communications.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and collaborate with the team to align content with business objectives.
- Track and analyze email performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Social Media Content Creation & Management:
- Create and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages promptly to engage with the community.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Brand Reputation Management:
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews and other online feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
- Address customer concerns professionally and collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Report on online reputation metrics and provide actionable insights to the team.
Additional Duties:
- Assist in the planning and execution of local events, promotions, and special marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the KTR Glendale team to ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with the brand’s voice and goals.

Qualifications:
