We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Project Manager to join our team in the Anaheim, Rancho Cucamonga, or Los Angeles location. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Your Impact:
- Manage and oversee the design and construction of various projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and conduct regular meetings with engineering team, other disciplines and contractors during design and construction phase.
- Assist in generating and managing projects schedule, budget and resource priorities.
- Coordinate and assist in solving technical problems during design process and construction phase.
- Prepare structural specifications, select procedures for construction, determine materials and member sizes, and complete all necessary calculations needed for proper design.
- Work continuously at the development and coaching of project staff.
Here's What You'll Need:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering with Structural emphasis. Masters degree is preferred.
- California Structural Engineering license, S.E. is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of full-time progressive structural engineering experience is required.
- Three or more years of experience in multi-discipline project team leadership preferred.
- Experience working with the California Division of the State Architects (DSA) is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of the California Building Code (CBC) and all applicable design codes including ASCE, AISC, ACI, MSJC, NDS, etc.
- Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including ETABS, SAFE, RISA, RAM, ENERCALC, Excel, Bluebeam, etc.
- Proficiency in design of various structural materials including steel, concrete, masonry, wood etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

The actual offered base salary for California locations will vary depending on factors such as individual qualifications, education, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, work location, and internal equity. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role will be at or near the top half of the range provided, but the decision will be dependent on the factors of each individual case. The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses in addition to base salary and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
