We are looking for a WMS Local Super User in Southaven, MS
• user training
• application testing
• warehouse physical inventories
• 1st level support for local site operational issues and (re) configuration requirements for existing/new customers.
• Specification and delivery of local reporting requirements.
• Create and maintain systems documentation.
• Support new release testing against customer requirements.
• Secondary support of local IT Infrastructure team as needed
• Working understanding of warehouse operational procedures, including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management and cycle counting, and value add services
• Knowledge of major WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures
• Functional understanding of data elements and flow through the system
• Exposure to Ciel WMS support functions.
• Database experience helpful as well as reporting software exposure.
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, issue management)
• Customer Service Experience a must.
Working Environment:
• Will spend significant time on shop floor, with frequent communication between local site users/mgmt. and corporate deployment/support teams.
• Limited travel for training and deployment.
• Able to work extended hours when production dictates
Your Role
The WMS Local Super User is the technical and operational interface between IT and Operations as it relates to the initial deployment, training, configuration and support of the K N WMS application.Your Responsibilities
• Implementation support / coordination of K N WMS to include:• user training

Your Skills and Experiences
• Minimum 2 years technical experience working with warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, order management systems and/or Enterprise Application Integration tools.• Working understanding of warehouse operational procedures, including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management and cycle counting, and value add services
• Knowledge of major WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures
• Functional understanding of data elements and flow through the system
• Exposure to Ciel WMS support functions.
• Database experience helpful as well as reporting software exposure.
