What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher position at Kuhl Corner Campus?
Our center is looking for Lead Teachers to join the Infant/Toddler teaching team at our growing school.
Some responsibilities of the Teacher are:
- Lesson plan creation and implementation.
- Use of positive guidance techniques.
- Build and maintain parent/teacher relationships.
- Evaluate, observe and develop each child's abilities.
- Create a caring community where families feel welcome.
We are looking for Teachers who desires to work with children and families; is committed to a fast-paced work environment with new challenges and opportunities daily; someone who is enthusiastic about being a team player.
Our belief is that "There is no finish line to quality care and education."
Minimum education requirements:
- 60 college credits in any field, including 30 credits in Early Childhood Education or related field; OR
- Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field, OR
- Bachelor's degree in ANY field, AND 2 courses in education or child development OR
- Be able to complete one of these options within 3 months of hire.
Additional post-employment coursework may be required to work for certain positions.
