Job Description
The PHC is responsible for the health and maintenance of all plants and turfgrass. Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and treatments for plant and turfgrass diseases, infestations, and other issues is the key to success in this role.
Team Member Responsibilities
· Proper application of industry-standard products using updated equipment and technical support
· Diagnose turfgrass problems such as insect damage, fungus damage, or invasive weeds and provide suggestions for improvement
· Keep accurate records of what was each application to the properties you were at for the day
· Routine plant and turfgrass maintenance such as mulching, pruning, etc.
· Properly and safely use necessary equipment such as spreaders, sprayers, and power tools
· Participate in off-season projects with the team
Team Member Qualifications:
· 2 years professional lawncare experience
· Wisconsin 3.0 Pesticide License or the ability to obtain with in 30 days of start date
· Valid WI driver’s license with good driving record
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
