- Maintain and reconcile general ledger, operating, and store deposit accounts.
- Perform daily cash management reconciliations, transfers, setup, and reporting.
- Prepare and post journal entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Research and resolve cash variances, discrepancies, and store deposit issues.
- Review and correct store daily reports to ensure accurate financial records.
- Process, update, and maintain accrual and reconciliation reporting while building strong banking relationships.
- 2 years of accounting or treasury-related experience with hands-on reconciliation and journal entry responsibilities.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and efficient data analysis used daily in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cash management and bank transactions, including operating accounts, deposits, and transfers.
- The ability to research discrepancies and solve problems, especially when multiple factors are involved in a ticket or variance.
- A customer-minded communication style, supporting store teams with empathy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience with Cadency, PDI, or similar accounting/treasury systems.
- CPA or progress toward a CPA or similar certification.

Salary : $58,900 - $72,700
