Duties:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities
- Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed
- Utilize learning technology and resources effectively
- Assist with record keeping and documentation of student progress
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students with special education needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or students preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff members
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students
- Patience, empathy, and understanding for diverse learners
