What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instruction Assistant position at Kumon of Loganville?
Kumon Math and Reading Center of Loganville in Loganville, GA is looking for Early Learner/Primary Instruction assistants to join our strong team. We are located on 4743 Atlanta Highway Suite 160. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Working with up to two students at a time helping them complete their classwork assignments
- Working with students to develop an understanding of the center routine
- Grading completed worksheets
- Reading with students (Early Learners)
- Providing directions for Primary Learners (students new to the center)
- Participating in training sessions
- Ensuring instructor is aware of necessary information regarding performance of students
- Assisting the Instructor as needed in Center Maintenance
Qualifications
1) Must be at least 16 years of age
2) Must have high school diploma or higher if above 18 years.
3) An experience of at least one year working with children is preferred. (Babysitting does not count)
4) Must pass a criminal background check (if 18 years or older)
6) Fluency in the English language and good communication skills required.
7) Fluency in other languages is a bonus.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
