Job Summary: As a Kumon Center Assistant, you will support the Center Instructor in delivering high-quality educational services to students. This role involves assisting with student assessments, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring the center operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the Kumon Center, including student registration and record-keeping.
- Support the Center Instructor in administering assessments and monitoring student progress.
- Provide individual support to students as they work on their assignments, ensuring understanding and engagement.
- Maintain a tidy and organized learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Help prepare instructional materials and resources.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development as required.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education or related fields is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
