Our founders built a previous agency (Monsoon) that was acquired by Capital One in 2015.Our financial services client is creating a technical writing team to better centralize support systems for enterprise platforms. Documentation is currently a problem across the platforms; i.e. Inconsistency in what's created / published, where to find it etc. We are currently looking for experienced technical writers with enterprise experience who can help with documentation across the board. Must have at least 4-6 years of technical writing experience and experience with enterprise platform content. Hybrid role.At Kunai, we have built deep relationships with our clients.
