Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour plus tips
Job Summary:
Kung Fu Tea is a leading boba tea franchise that is looking for skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality boba tea drinks to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve boba tea drinks according to Kung Fu Tea's standards and recipes
- Take customer orders, process payments and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including cleaning equipment and preparing ingredients
- Follow food safety procedures and regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of boba tea and beverage-making techniques is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work past summer. Must be able to work full day shifts from open to close.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years old
