JOB SUMMARY
The Kutak Rock LLP Arkansas Regional Summer Associate Program is a full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm) 6-week summer program in either Northwest Arkansas or Little Rock. The summer associates will work with attorneys in the Kutak Rock Arkansas offices across various practices, including corporate and real estate transactions, healthcare transactions and regulatory compliance, general and complex civil litigation, public finance and tax. Summer associates will assist with research projects, drafting client memoranda, litigation-focused documents, and contracts. Kutak Rock attorneys try to include summer associates in experiences like attending mediations, court hearings, and depositions when possible. The Kutak Rock Summer Associate Program offers a real taste of the work that our full-time associates do after law school.
